Kinsey Jones, a leading independent firm of Chartered Accountants is based in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne.

As a result of the firm’s growth, it had, over time, acquired and developed ever-more complex IT equipment and software to deal with the increasing workload and was initially managed ‘in-house’. However, eventually difficulties were encountered - breakdowns, slow access, etc - and therefore a full review was initiated which resulted in managing partner, Doug Kinsey, inviting GBM Solutions to carry out diagnostic tests on the system and report thereon.

Doug Kinsey, Kinsey Jones Partner recently said: “The findings were fairly damning and clearly remedial action was required urgently. Our firm didn’t possess, in-house, the specialist expertise on a day-to-day basis.

I decided to appoint GBM as the firm’s external IT Service provider and instructed them to eliminate the equipment problems discovered during the free diagnostic and asked them to attend to the maintenance of the system on a weekly basis.

It’s good to know that our system is maintained ‘up to the minute’, experiencing the benefits of a reliable network is something I would recommend to any serious business.
